Manage your booking (1. Cancel a booking or 2. Recall an offer)

1. Manage your booking

Click here to cancel your booking.

How to cancel your booking:

Recall your reservation by entering the booking refernce number (the one on the top of your e-ticket) and your e-mail (the same one as the one during your booking).

Click on FIND

Here you can see the reservation you have made along with options to Print your e-tickets online, to Print the details of a Bank Deposit, to send the Bank Transfer Confirmation and to Cancel your reservation.


Your reservation details will appear with 5 options.
  • SHOW MY RESERVATION
  • PRINT ELECTRONIC TICKETS
  • BANK TRANSFER DETAILS
  • BANK TRANSFER CONFIRMATION
  • CANCEL RESERVATION
  • RESERVATION HISTORY

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

Please fill the cancellation form and click CANCEL RESERVATION. The cancellation confirmation will appear. In addition you receive an e-mail with cancellation confirmation. Shortly afterwards you will receive additional e-mail regarding the refunded amount in accordance with the terms of the shipping company and GOFERRY.

NOTICE: Oral cancellations are not accepted.

2. Recall an offer

Click here to recall an offer.

Recall our offer by entering your e-mail (the same one as the one you have used by sending us your request).

Click on FIND

Notice: The offer will not occur if the time limit is expired.
