What is an e-ticket
An e-ticket carries the same information as a paper ticket. The major difference is an e-ticket is located in a ferry's computer database, instead of the passenger's suitcase.

After placing the order, the electronic record of the ferry ticket goes into the ferry's database, where it holds the passenger's spot.

How it works
- By finilizing the booking you receive a confirmation e-mail with link to ticket details (confirmation/booking number, plan/map with collecting points and address of port agents and/or ferry's company port booth/kiosk, embarkation procedure details etc)
- Collect your boarding ticket from the port agent or ferry company kiosk at least 40 minutes before departure (They are open approx. 2-3 hours before each departure)
- The user/passenger will be required to show GoFerry confirmation ticket (or booking number) and ID or passport upon collection
