Ferry to and from Greece

The main European tourists are travelling to Greece by ferry, sailing between Greek ports and ports in neighbouring Italy. There are daily routes from Italy to Patras and Igoumenitsa, to the ports of Ancona, Bari, Brindisi and Venice.
These routes are serviced with new “cruise ferries” that offer all modern comforts and speeds, while proper scheduling to Greece provide as many departures and arrivals as possible, thus giving tourists a wide selection to chose from. In order to better cover the ever increasing demand for mobile home transportation, shipping companies have scheduled ships with specially configured areas for campers and caravans (camping on board).
Travelling with ferry to Greece in a comfortable and sophisticated environment and experiencing their hospitality and modern services provides relaxation and pleasure at very reasonable prices. These ships offer various categories of cabins -from outside cabins with WC and shower to more economical inside cabins or deck- but in every instance your overnight stay is comfortable. They usually include air-conditioning, bar, restaurants and clothing stores, as well as satellite communications, video games and gambling (slot machines, casino, card rooms), pools, self-service facilities, disco, cinema, children’s playroom, escalators, camping on board, etc. Other than facilities for daily departures and the option to buy return ferry tickets, passengers are assured that they will arrive at their destination on time, while at the same time providing them with an extra vacation day.

Greece is beutiful!

Greece is much more than we were taught at school and than we have seen in the photos with beautiful sunsets and golden sandy beaches.
In Greece, you are in a crossroad of colours and cultures; you feel the strength of History and the warmth of the southern extremity of Europe and you discover the evolutionary course of thought, influence and experience.
You are in a country with a uniquely affluent historical past, whose people, however, do not rest on their laurels and are not stuck in that past.
You are in a country that, though statistically small, is huge in its diversity. You see landscapes that have given thousands of postcard images but remain incredibly vivid and of unrivalled beauty.
Additional to Ferry tickets you may book a Greek hotel through our online Hotel booking system that is operated in collaboration with

Greece is a country of beautiful contradictions, a constant journey in time, from the present to the past and back again. Walk through the olive groves, through archaeological sites; move to clusters of islands, go through beaches and mountains and explore the breathtaking scenery.
In Greece the succession of images is not just our imagination; it is a sheer reality.

Cyclades, Dodecanese, Crete and Aegean islands

There are several ferry companies departing from the Attica ports with ferry routes serving these islands.

Ferries leave from Rafina and Lavrio ports for the southern part of the island of Evia. The island can also be reached by car, via a small bridge to the town of Chalkida in the middle of the island.

Ionian Islands

There are no direct ferries from the Attica region. Ferries to the Ionian Islands depart from the west coast of the mainland which can be reached by road - bus or coach.
