Important information

Suppose you have already checked in at the port office and collected your physical boarding pass, but the trip is canceled by you or for any other reason (e.g., strike, protest, force majeure). In that case, you must mail the original boarding pass to our customer service representative (at your own expense) to receive an appropriate refund (Takt Tours Ltd., 21, Leof. Marathonos, 19005 Nea Makri, Greece).
