WORKING HOURS & SUPPORT TEAM

All bookings can be made through the go-Ferry website, 24 hours, 7 days a week, using a credit card or a bank deposit.

go-Ferry.com call center operates from Monday to Saturday 09:30 until 17:30. UTS/GMT +2 hours (excluded public holidays).

Note: The affiliated port Agents/Booths/Kiosks (to collect your boarding-tickets) are open at least 2 to 3 hours before each sailing departure.

Delay responses

Post Address (for refunds)

According to the ferry operators' policy, you must return the paper coupons of your tickets to the bellow address in order to cancel them and receive your corresponding refund.
