Tickets are non-cancellable and the fare is non-refundable. However, they can be converted to open tickets (only all together), valid until December 31, 2026.
If the travel date changes, if the price list has changed, or if the offer is no longer valid, the resulting price difference must be paid for the corresponding seat category.
