Salerno train station is not far from the waterfront, which is potentially useful for anyone arriving or departing on a ferry from the city’s port.

In order to reach the ferry terminal is recommended to go outside the train station. Once outside, walk straight ahead and pass through two crossroads, until you reach Piazza dell Concordia. Once there, the ferry terminal is in front of you. It’s 900m. away and takes just 5 minutes walking to be there.
If you are unable to walk, you can take the bus line 4 or 9 available in the train station. The buses run about every 20 minutes.
