From Athens: Take A8 (part of the E55 – E65 European route) from Athens towards Patras, then, before entering Patras, cross the Rio-Antirio bridge. Continue towards Ioannina (A5/E951). Upon reaching Ioannina, take the ring road around the city and meet the high way Egnatia Odos (A2) to reach Igoumenitsa. Distance approx. 470 km
From Thessaloniki: The modern Egnatia Odos (A2/E90) is at your service, to take you from Thessaloniki to Igoumenitsa. The route is around 300 km
